1 Bunoich Crescent

Following the success and level of interest we received in Caledonian Court, we successfully secured funding to purchase another home for affordable rent.

During the application process for Caledonian Court we received overwhelming interest- over 60 people applied to be considered for one of the 12 new homes! Acting upon this demand we applied for funding that would allow us to purchase another property. In October 2021, funding was successfully secured, and in February 2022, we purchased 1 Bunoich Crescent, a 3-bedroom property.

Following renovations to the property, applications were opened, and following the allocation process, the successful applicants moved into their new home in April.

The kitchen was updated, a new downstairs shower room added and the upstairs bathroom upgraded. Along with a full re-decoration of the house.
